Abby Wade has a dangerous secret.
Two months ago, she disobeyed an order, but instead of kicking her out of the Pride, Jace offered her a job. Since then, she’s been battling a completely inappropriate crush on the young, hot Alpha. But when accepting his job offer seems like the only way to keep her skeletons safely in their closet, Abby doesn’t hesitate.
Jace Hammond has a big problem.
A rogue is slaughtering humans in his territory, and he must eliminate the threat before the entire shifter species is exposed. There could not be a worse time for Abby to accept a job he only offered as a boost to her confidence. Abby is smart, beautiful, and resilient—more than enough to distract any man from the mission. Unfortunately, she may just be the worst enforcer ever to hold the title.
As they hunt the killer, Abby’s secret becomes a threat to Jace’s authority and to her own life. But the real danger is the grip she has on his twice-shy heart.

Rachel Vincent is the author of the Shifters series and the Unbound series for adults, as well as the Soul Screamers series for teens.
Rachel’s next young adult book is THE STARS NEVER RISE, coming from Delacorte in June of 2015, and her new series for adults will debut with MENAGERIE, coming from Mira books in the fall of 2015
Rachel Vincent is a former English teacher and an eager champion of the Oxford comma. She shares her home in Oklahoma with two cats, two teenagers, and her husband, who’s been her # 1 fan from the start. Rachel is older than she looks and younger than she feels, and she remains convinced that writing about the things that scare her is the cheapest form of therapy–but social media is a close second.

What do you think of the first cover in Rachel Vincent’s New Adult spin-off series?

I didn’t know that the author had a new book to be released. I’ve only read the first book in her series but I should try more one day. thanks for sharing!
It was a bit of a sneak attack. I was lucky enough to see a post about it on Facebook, plus I’m subscribed to her newsletter.
Great giveaway! Thanks for sharing <3

It is indeed! Good luck! 🙂
I love the cover! I loved the whole Shifters series too so I can’t wait to get this one 🙂

I was hoping that this spin-off would be UF like her SHIFTERS series, the NA label has me a bit wary. That won’t stop me from reading it though!
I loved her shifter series. I can’t wait to read these, though I’ll admit, I like the cover for the other series better.

Yeah, I’m not a huge fan of the artwork either. I think she’s self-pub’ing these.
I really enjoyed this series. I read it before blogging so I never reviewed it. I’d love to win them so I could read them again. I only have Alpha on my Nook. The others were borrowed.

Me too! I might have to delay reading it a bit as I’m already fully booked next month, but March or April for sure!
Can’t wait to read this one! I loved the Shifters series and am so exicted there will be a spin-off. Really like this cover, although Abby her eyes look slightly creepy, I love all those little hints that these are no ordinary humans.

Something is definitely a little off with the model’s eyes. It doesn’t scream ‘cat shifter’ to me.
Loved the Shifters series so I totally joined in the cheering when I saw there was a spin-off. As to my reading preferences I tend to stick with Amazon and Kindle.

That makes two of us! I still need to read the HUNT novella that she released recently too.
OMG!! Why I didn’t know about this spin-off series? The Shifters series is one of my favorite UF series and one of the first I ever read.

This title kinda snuck up on us, so I’m not surprised that this is the first you’re hearing about it. Oh well, problem solved. 🙂
Never heard of this author or series. Thanks for the heads up on this one.

She already has a ton of Urban Fantasy & Young Adult titles out, this will be her first New Adult I think.
AHHH JACE!
I loved the the Shifter series, and I had NO IDEA there was a spin off. Mind = Blown.

Maybe she doesn’t? We’ll find out later this month.
I wasn’t a fan of the love triangle at all in Shifters but I did enjoy the overall storyline; definitely interested in reading Jace’s story.

Those pesky love triangles, there’s no escaping them! Hopefully this series won’t go that route cuz it features the third wheel from her Shifters books.
