The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name! The Witch With No Name!
Today, I’m running to do “life things” to be free to sit and read The Witch With No Name. 🙂

Message received. LOL
City of Stairs looks interesting and I love the title. I’ll have to go do some research on it. I also loved Illusions of Fate by Kiersten White, it was romantic and very entertaining.
Like you, I wasn’t too happy with Red Blooded. I’m not quite ready to give up yet, but there was definitely some disappointment.
Kiersten White’s latest has been getting REALLY good reviews, I am seriously tempted… I’m sad about Red Blooded, but all good things must come to an end.
Winterkill! I don’t remember when was the last time I was this excited for some book. I really want to read it. I thought that I’d want to read Of Monsters and Madness too but then I have seen some not so good reviews so I might skip it. Great post, Carmel 🙂

The Witch With No Name! I am excited, but scared to read it too fast! I am going to be so sad at the end.

September is still going strong new release wise, and I suspect you’re not alone in your bittersweet feelings over Harrison’s series wrapping up.
WOOT! I can hold to my “from the library” for this week though I did wishlist a few at my library 🙂

There ya go! Or, just buy them in October. 😉
Oooo it’s a good week this week Carmel!!!! I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about the Paula Weston series, but I think they have epic cliffhangers so I’ve been waiting until more books were out before starting. I’m looking forward to Illusions of Fate too:)
I don’t like the sound of epic cliffhangers, so I can’t say that I blame you, Jenny. I’m the same way!
Ooh there are quite a few first in a series and standalone too. I like seeing that since some series are so long and it is hard to get started.
The only problem is standalones is that you’re almost always left wanting more… But, they are WAY more manageable than 10+ installments.
Nothing for me this week, and I’m kind of glad..LOL After the big week I had last week my wallet needed a break, although I probably be getting some of these when they come out on audio (Red Blooded and The Iron Trial)
Thanks Carmel 🙂
Lupdilup recently posted…Rapture Untamed Audiobook by Pamela Palmer (Review)
I thought about giving Red Blooded a try in audio, but Jennifer said the narrator wasn’t great, so I read it instead. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts!
Illusions of Fate was good but I wanted more. I’m (trying) to listen to Vampires of Manhattan right now but I can’t concentrate….
Nereyda recently posted…Review: Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins!
It might not be 100% concentration issues as far as The Vampires of Manhattan is concerned, one of my blogger peeps DNF’d it in audio. Maybe it’s the narrator?
I’m having THE hardest time getting through Vampires of Manhattan and I’m only on page 20. I like to at least make ti to page 50 before giving up. lol
That seems to be a common complaint, although I have read a few positive reviews, so I guess it depends on the reader.
I think Illusions of Fate is the one I most want that’s releasing!

So many interesting series that I have on my list to try out. Many of the covers are so fabulous.
You gotta love all of the eye-candy this week!
So many amazing new releases! I can’t wait to read the newest Eve and Roarke book
Don’t you mean Jess & Roarke? Or is the latter featured in another book other than Red Blooded?
Oh there are a few there I really want to get. This post is such a tease for me. 🙂

I don’t read much Young Adult so I don’t know much about those. The Witch With No Name has been on my list for a while.
I’m not big on YA either, and I haven’t read a single The Hollows book. FAIL. Haha
this week has too many tempting releases but the one i really don’t want to miss is the the witch with no name (then the new amamanda carlson, iron trial, illusion of fate, and the vampire of manathan are other that caught my interest^^)
miki recently posted…Witch Song ( tome1) par Amber Argyle
It’s good to rank ’em by priority, so that you don’t run out of money before purchasing your must-reads. 😀
ranking them helps only a little in fact since i can’t buy online i need to wait until i can or until oen of them appear in our bookstore ( which is no guaranty on which oen or when) so new releases are most often than not making only my wishlist grow;)
miki recently posted…Witch Song ( tome1) par Amber Argyle
That must be such a pain! I can’t imagine being deprived of one-click instant gratification. Oh the horror!
As usual, my eye goes immediately to the UF and fantasy new releases; there are several on here that I’ve read or are on my TBR, and City of Stairs is REALLY good.
This is why those two genres appear first in this blog post. Hehe
Interesting line-up. The Egg and Spoon title’s interesting
I won’t be reading it, but if you have kids it looks pretty decent.
There are so many amazing new releases! the Rephaim series by Paula Weston is one of my favourites.
Sharon – Obsession with Books recently posted…Waiting on Wednesday: Chaos (Guards of the Shadowlands #3) by Sarah Fine

Thanks for sharing all these new releases Carmel! I’m excited to read and review The Iron Trial, good to see Cassie Clare moving away from her shadowhunters haha.

This is another big week, especially in the YA group! I’m excited to start The Iron Trial and I loved Paula Weston’s first book Shadows, so I really want to this one as well … *checks to see if there’s anything left on gift cards* LOL 😉
Amazon should catch a ‘bug’, and accidentally make all gift card bottomless. Just saying’. LOL
So many good releases and so little time! I actually have a few of these on my TBR so I don’t feel totally lost reading this list 🙂

I love that cover for Donna Grant. My cousin loves her books, she just let me borrow a whole series, I just need time to read it 🙂
It’s a serial, so we actually get 5 covers for the price of one which is SWEET!
Definitely The Witch with no name… I cant believe it is ending. And from YA, Illusions of fate and Winterkill seem awesome.
It wouldn’t surprise me if The Witch with No Name was #1 on every paranormal reader’s shopping list this week.
