By day, Lonna Marconi’s busy career keeps her mind off the fact she was turned werewolf against her will. By night, a dose of wolfsbane lets her inner wolf out to play while her physical body stays safe at home.
When an overheard phone call at work warns her a trap is about to be sprung, she turns from hunter to hunted in the blink of an eye.
She finds refuge with the Ozarks pack she never claimed as her own. Upon discovering a family secret that explains why she’s unique among her own kind, Lonna finds heat in the arms of Max, who’s the one thing she cannot trust—a wizard.
Another kidnapping attempt sends her navigating the treacherous metaphysical borders of a centuries-old war, pursued by rogue sorcerers, a band of ghostly wolves, and repressed memories that prevent her from reclaiming her heritage. All the while, trusting her back to a wizard who demands the price of her heart…and who may not have the luxury of giving his in return.

|[learn_more caption=”Book Description”]Spread throughout the dark corners of our world lies the Shadow World, a society of vampires who feed off the living. In Austin, Texas, one woman must quell the cravings rising within her, as the very fate of the world rests in her hands…
Ever since her Prime, David Solomon, returned from the dead, Miranda Grey has been hungry. The transformation from ordinary vampires into the ultrapowerful children of Persephone has left both Miranda and David craving the taste of death—and their appetites are growing.
Meanwhile, a formerly vague threat from a fringe group of humans has turned into a full-on war. The Order of the Morningstar has devoted itself to eradicating vampires and has begun to assassinate Primes all over the globe.
The Shadow World’s fate depends on the Circle of Signets descended from those who subdued Morningstar hundreds of years ago—but if even a single one is killed, the war is almost certainly lost. Ooo I’m liking the look of Bite Me! I haven’t read very many tiger shifter stories. I read her dragon series and really enjoyed it, but I haven’t read this series. Clearly it’s time to do that:)
The cover’s gorgeous, but I’m wondering if Bite Me can be read as a stand-alone as this series is already 9 installments in. o_O
Thank you for posting these, no matter how much I look into releases there are always ones I miss seeing so I love when bloggers do these!
I know what you mean. I like doing these posts because a) it helps ME with my shopping, and b) it’s easy to put together. Anything that makes bloggers’ live easier is a-ok with me!
These all look like great reads! I’ve only read books in the Demons of Infernum series but I really like the sound of the Lycanthropy Files! Thanks for adding more books to my TBR Carmel…LOL
Happy to help! 😉
Oh I missed Long Shadows! At least I have you to catch any wolfy books I miss 😀
You know I’ve got you covered. LOL
it looks like nothing for me in the Paranormal Dep.
Thanks Carmel 🙂
Maybe next week! 😀
I have best friends who adore Shelly Laurenston and they were talking excitedly about reading Bite Me last night 🙂 I never got into her though, otherwise I’ll be joining them 🙂
I’m thinking of just saying the heck with it and jumping in mid-series. It’s PNR so it should be do-able.
