Another year has come and gone which means that it’s time to participate in Two Chicks On Books, Fiktshun and Magical Urban Fantasy Reads annual TOP 10 OF 2013 week long meme. Not only do I love lists but these posts are easy to put together and schedule during the holidays so that I can spend time with my family. Enjoy!
Want to read all those except MollyHarpers as she’s new to me
Well, Better Homes and Hauntings would be a great place to start because it’s a stand-alone!
Loved seeing your list and finding new books. I can’t wait to read Cress and Ignite Me.
Thanks for stopping by! The only problem with checking-out other peeps’ lists is that it means even more books are getting added to my already massive TBR pile.
Wonderful list! I have a hard time putting these together since I’m always afraid of leaving someone off them. 2014 looks to be an awesome year for new releases, new series, and series that are coming to an end.
I probably missed a couple without even realizing it and there will always be more titles announced as the year progresses. These are more like my top most anticipated reads of 2014 for right now. LOL
Ahh, nooo, I have not heard of these books! I’m familiar with some of the authors – J.R. Ward, Jennifer Estep, Patricia Briggs, Karen Marie Moning – but I have not read any of their books. If I need adult recs, I shall come here! 😀
Have a fabulous weekend!
Check out my Top Ten post!
I don’t read a lot of YA but I try to throw some into the mix every now and then to switch things up; you should do the same with adult titles. You have no idea of what you’re missing out on!
Very nice! I have most of them on my must read list. Great group you have there.
Thanks!
I’m saying a lot of YES on your list. Burned better give me more Barrons & Mac!
Haha only a lot?? Shouldn’t you be saying yes to ALL the titles on my list? 😉
I had Better Homes and Hauntings by Molly Harper on my 1st list but it got deleted and I forgot about when I made the list again.
Just so long as it’s on your GoodReads shelves that’s all that really matters!
Don’t let me forget about Menagerie, I want to be able to start the series when it comes out. As for the rest…they’re either on my must buy or their series is on my TBR (because I’m not caught up yet…and have I told you that I LOVE the Elemental Assassin series on audio? I’m almost finished with book 1 and have book 2 ready as soon as it finishes!)
Hehe ok I will make sure you don’t forget about Menagerie. Adding it to my to-do list now. And yes, Estep’s EA series totally rocks on audio! I always listen to ’em even after I’ve read the ARCs.
I agree with about half of them 🙂
Well, me thinks that’s a pretty good ratio!
I can’t wait for The King all I have to say is JR Ward better deliver and there better be some sexy time with Wrath and Beth even though I have a feeling the book will be about a lot more than Wrath since that doesn’t look like him on the cover.
I got a lot from the list, but my most anticipated tittle for 2014 is Written in My Own Heart’s Blood (Outlander series) Any other year it would have been Burned 🙂
Very nice list! I agree with 90% of them. The others are just because I don’t read that series…yet 😉
