Mini-Challenge #1: Women of the Otherworld

Posted April 28, 2012 by Carmel in / 4 Comments

I’m participating in Moonlight Gleam’s Women of the Otherworld Challenge and in order to tie up an April loose end I need to post a pic of my Kelley Armstrong books. I’ve owned all of her books except Spell Bound and Thirteen at one time but because it was a mismash collection of covers I gave a lot of them away. I hope to buy the rest of these books throughout this challenge to finish off my new matching black cover collection.

It’s probably not a good thing that I’m only on month 2 of this challenge and that I’m already submitting my review and mini challenge posts mere days before the deadline. But, hey! At least I got them in!

  1. I’m with you Carmel! I don’t have Spellbound or Thirteen yet (obviously) because I am waiting for the softcover Canadian copies. When I first started reading her books, maybe two or three years ago(?) I think that I rushed out and bought every one of them that was out at the time (maybe 10 or 11) in one week, that was quite the week of book expenses… πŸ˜‰

  2. hehe Carmel! It’s always better late than never!! *HUGS!* I love your collection and personally, I love these covers out of all the different versions!!! πŸ™‚ I actually bought them all about two years ago at HMV for 10$ each plus a 10% discount lmao walked out of the store having spent 100$ then bought the next few that released as the softcovers came out :). Thank you so much for participating!

  3. I’m jealous of your matching covers! My collection is a mish mash because I started reading them before they got those lovely black covers. Looking forward to your thoughts on the rest of the series. πŸ™‚

  4. My collection is so mismatched its sad. And I am missing a few. I need to get the whole collection and matching. I can not wait to read Thirteen!!
