Trailer: Snow White and the Huntsman

Doesn’t this look absolutely awesome!? I’m diggin’ the Once Upon a Time TV show and now there’s going to be a movie! Who doesn’t love a good fairy tale? We have to wait until summer 2012 mind you…

Cover Reveal: The final installment in The Women of the Otherworld series

13 cover My all-time favorite UF series is ending (at least for now). Kelley Armstrong is wrapping up a series that’s been delivering fantastic books since 2001. I’m sad and excited for Thirteen. Although, when she stopped in Ottawa on the Smart Chicks Kick It Tour she described this novel as wrapping things up “for now”. So there’s still hope!

Aramael was a hunter of Fallen Angels until a traitor forced him into earthly exile. Now, with no powers and only a faint memory of Alex, his mortal soulmate, he will stop at nothing to redeem himself—even if it means destroying Seth in the name of the Creator.
A world with little chance of redemption…

As Alex’s need to protect Seth sets her on a fiery course with the determined Aramael, the coming conflict between them may push the world over the edge—and into the very chaos they’re trying to prevent.

  1. The Snow White trailer was awesome! I’m also a big fan of Once Upon a Time so this is definitely my kind of movie. Not sure how I feel about Kristen Stewart as Snow White though. She leaves me wanting a bit.

  2. That trailer was great! I’m definitely seeing it.
I wanted ask about your experience with the audiobook, are you liking it? or is not for you.

  3. @J.J. Bonds – You’re not alone in doubting the choice to cast Kristen Steward.

@Lupdilup – I’m liking audiobooks but it takes me a lot longer to get through one and I have a hard time making time for them. It’s more difficult to pause one mid-chapter than it is to put a book down.

  4. OoOoOoh! I LOVE Kelley she’s my fav. author. I have to catch up on this series though the last I read was book 9 or so (The one with the famous necromancer as the narrator) – No humans involved I think.

  5. I so have to go to this movie! I wish you were closer so we could go together! Maybe I’ll be able to convince the hubs to move us to Canada.

  6. @Giselle – I’m only one behind on this series. I better get to Spell Bound soon!

@Rie Conley – LOL let me know how that works out for ya. 😉

  7. Definitely want to watch the Snow White! Though I’m having some trouble with tolerating Kristen Stewart, but guess I can live with it.
