The highlight of my week was receiving a copy of Nightshade from Book Passion for Life. I’ve been wanting to read this book since it came out and was thrilled to have won it, and it’s the hard-copy edition too! So pretty! I got funny looks from my guy when I opened the Amazon box and squealed with delight. Hmph, if he can get all worked-up over basketball; I’m allowed to do the same over books!

I love the Cat and Bones books but I haven’t read the two spin-offs maybe I should dig them out of my stacks and give them a go.
