Baring It All
Generations of werewolves have been secretly residing in a secluded valley a stone’s throw from Grundy, Alaska. So when a snooping Outsider comes to Grundy to investigate rumors of lycanthropic shenanigans in the area, the valley’s pack alpha, Maggie Graham, resolves to chase him away, even if doing so takes a quick bite on the butt. What a pity that researcher Nick Thatcher turns out to be so drool-worthy, and that his kisses make Maggie want to sit up and beg. Maggie just can’t seem to convince Nick to leave . . . and even worse, she can’t convince herself to stay away from him. Cross-species dating is problem enough for a harried alpha female, but on top of that, a rival group of werewolves is trying to move into the valley. With interpack war threatening, Maggie can’t afford to be distracted. Combining romance and a career can be tough for anyone; for a werewolf in love with a human, it may be disastrous

Several of the girls from work want to go see Red Riding Hood, but it would be nice to see it with my beau, too, so I’m still up for debate on when to see it and with who. The new Molly Harper book looks darling, but I have to read the first book first. 😉
Happy reading, Carmel!

@BLHmistress I want to see it but I’m going to wait until after opening weekend!
@Books Glorious Books Me too!
@DJL I’m probably going to drag my guy to see it. Hehe I’m evil I know. 😉
@Avery Yeah, I know what you mean and I want to avoid the crowds!
@jeanette8042 Hehe no problem. 🙂
@DarkBloodyVamp Mmmhmm and it’s from the director of Twilight. Here’s hoping it’ll be good!
@donnas I have to admit, I haven’t read any of the books in this series yet. 🙁
@Vivien Cool, you’re in good company!
I love your sketchy Rabid Bites dog gnawing on that broken heart! It’s the coolest button graphic. 🙂 Anyway, I really want to see Red Riding Hood, based off the trailer. The novel adaptation of the movie wasn’t all that great, but I think the film will be worth seeing– it just looks so good!
As you already know, I wasn’t too pleased with Red Riding Hood. The concept was good and everything. Perhaps if there was a different director it could’ve been much better!
I’m about to start ‘How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf’!!
I also saw Red Riding Hood, I thought parts could have been a little better but over all I really like it! I saw it on opening day and surprisingly the crowds weren’t too bad.

I also saw Red Riding Hood and thought it was definitely a unique film. I especialy like how they incorporated a fairy tale element and still made it contemporary.
