Griffin Rising by Darby Karchut

From: The Author
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
I’m not sure what to expect yet from this book. There’s angels and it will count towards my goals in The Story Siren’s Debut Authors Challenge so here’s hoping that Darby’s debut in the YA genre is a huge hit.

The Calling by Lily Graison

From: The Author
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
I was thrilled when I received an e-mail from Lily asking if I’d review her new book. She sweetened the deal by mentioning that there’s werewolves in story. There may be a giveaway in the works as well… *hint hint* So stay tuned if you’ve had your eye on this one!

Blessed by Cynthia Leitich Smith

From: Won – http://pjhoover.blogspot.com/
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
This book wasn’t on my radar until I recently won it. I guess entering giveaways does pay off. Who knew? LOL It sounds like a fun read with an interesting story. I’m looking forward to reading Blessed!

Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning

From: bought – Kobo Store
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
I’m really looking forward to starting this series. I’ve heard nothing but good things and with the recent release of Book #5 I think it’s about time I read the Fever series. I know, I know! There are plenty of bloggers out there shaking their heads at me for delaying so long.

Bloodfever by Karen Marie Moning

From: bought – Kobo Store
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
I finished the first book in under a day and just couldn’t wait to move on to the second one. So here it is! I think I’m being a little over ambitious this week in my reading but that’s okay.

Tales of the Otherworld by Kelley Armstrong

From: Won – http://libraryya.wordpress.com/
Read Synopsis: GoodReads
I’ve been dying to read this book. Among the tales is one of how Clay and Elena met! I’m eager to find out! I’m sure all of the stories are equally as good though. Kelley Armstrong is one of my all-time favorite authors (for those of you who don’t already know).

What did you get in your mailbox this week?

Tales of the Otherworld looks really good! I’ve read only a few of Kelley Armstrong’s books, but enjoyed them all so far. Congrats on winning Blessed! I’ve seen that one around, but it’s not really on my TBR yet. Will be interesting to read your review. Anyway, happy reading! 🙂

  4. I read “Eternal” by Cynthia and liked it quite a bit, I can’t wait to see what you think about “Blessed”! As for “Tales of the Otherworld”? Well, it is one of my most favourite books by Kelley! Great haul this week!

  5. @Miss Page-Turner Nice! Glad to hear another YA debut author is getting some attention!

@Jacinda (The Reading Housewives) I’m really enjoyed them. Read half of Bloodfever today.

@Deea Will do! My review should be up on Tuesday.

@Jessica I’ve had a few people tell me that I’m lucky that I get to read the fever series one after the other. No killer wait for me! 😉

@Jennifer I’ve heard only good things about the series. I probably wouldn’t have picked it up otherwise!

@Kat I was so happy to win books this week. I haven’t won any since I started blogging 4 months ago!

@Avery Good to know Tales of the Otherwold did not disappoint. I doubt it’ll take me long to get to it!

@Cindy Hey! Welcome! 🙂 I’ll be making the blog rounds shortly and will stop by.
