Hey all! You may have noticed that the blog has been down since last Friday. I’m normally pretty good at getting these things resolved quickly; however the timing couldn’t have been worse because I’ve been in the hospital since Thursday. My blood pressure was up, and my doctor made the call that my little bundle of baby boy needed to arrive 2 weeks ahead of schedule. To make matters worse, it appears that I’m immune to all of the standard methods of inducing labour, so after 2 failed attempts, I finally gave birth on the third try to Tristan on Saturday September 3 @ 12:04 AM! We were discharged late Sunday afternoon, and are both doing well.
Here are some baby pics to distract you while Jessica, Lorna, Melanie and I scramble to try to rebuild the scheduled posts that were lost. The blog might be quiet over the next few days while we get ‘er done. Thanks for your patience! 🙂
