You’re all probably beginning to get annoyed with my constant blabbering about Jennifer Estep’s Elemental Assassin series and I wish I could tell you that this will be the last time that I bring it up for a couple of weeks but… I’d be lying. Haha anyway, in answer to this week’s question there are two products that remind me of this series:

Gin and Tonic because the main character’s name is Gin, it’s her drink of choice and whenever someone asks her how she spells her name she always answers “like the drink”. BBQ chicken also reminds me of this series because Blanco owns a BBQ restaurant, she’s from the South and I love the way Lauren Fortgang (the narrator in the audio books) says barbecue; it just rolls off her tongue so perfectly!
The other series that comes to mind is The Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R. Ward. Product placement is HUGE in this series and I’ve come to associate a few items with these books namely: Grey Goose, Cadillac Escalade and Armani.

About the Blogger
I review Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance books with a focus all things werewolf. Based out of Ottawa, Canada
Sometimes ketchup makes me think of The Hallows series by Kim Harrison. Genetically modified tomatoes killed of a lot of humans (but not the paranormal beings) and now humans refuse to touch the stuff.
I immediately thought of Grey Goose vodka from the BDB series 🙂
Don’t forget pie. Finn is always eating the sweet pies that Gin loves to make.
@Krista LOL I haven’t read Harrison’s series yet but that’s interesting.
@Underworld Love Addiction Great minds think alike! :p
@Jennifer TheBookNympho ooh, and hickory coffee!
