I like the strong silent type for sure. My current fictional crush is Barrons after just having finished the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning. *drool*

I read/reviewed Spiral X by J. J. Westendarp and was taken aback by how good it was. I’d never read anything by this author before so it was great to discover something new. He’s also just released another book last month called Split that I look forward to reading. Finally, he’s a male author in the urban fantasy genre which is is typically a female dominated genre. Great experience all around!

Do I have to pick just one? Because urban fantasy and paranormal romance are pretty much neck and neck.

I review Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance books with a focus all things werewolf. Based out of Ottawa, Canada
Barrons was definitely drool worthy, although I will admit that he annoyed me from time to time, but being drool worthy eliminates some of his annoying-ness.
Here’s my Friday Posts

Strong and silent are a great combination. I also like the moody ones and the ones that play hard to get, as long as they eventually are got. 🙂
Barrons? Yummmm!

The Post Is:
This week I reviewed a work of suspense fiction that is such a wide departure from the thriller genre that I feel everyone – fans and foes of the genre alike – really should investigate.

I’ve fallen for the strong silent type in books loads of times, but I chose a more sarcastic charmer for this one!
