We had a pretty quiet Thanksgiving again this year. It’s the second one since my ♥mom♥ passed. Paul and I spent Saturday and Sunday in Kingston, Ontario with his sister and mom. I don’t think I’ve ever been to Kingston in the fall; it’s beautiful! Seeing all of the multicolored leaves surrounded by historical buildings and water is quite something. Today we spent the day relaxing, playing video games and watching episodes of Dexter Season 3. Paul cooked us a delicious dinner with all the fixings. Tons of left-overs for the both of us tomorrow and a few bites for the dogs too! There’s an apple pie in the oven right now (store bought, my contribution).
I have many things to be thankful for this year. Namely good health, my amazing boyfriend Paul, my dad & sister, my family & friends, my coworkers and three day weekends. Happy Thanksgiving Canada!
